|  Iris is a synth-pop duo which hails from Texas and Disconnect is their brilliant 1999 debut album (recorded between 1994 to 1999) on the popular synth-pop label "A Different Drum" (ADD) in Utah. The duo have also released a sophomore album in 2002 which is a bit less club-oriented, but in 2003 ADD released Reconnect, a companion album to Disconnect which features several remixes of the tracks (both new and old) from that album.
